This site is a storytelling project focused on international football culture and the human connections that breathe life into the beautiful game.

The vision is to travel to World Cup 2026 events not simply to cover matches, but to document the people, cultures, and traditions that make football a universal language.

The long-term goal is to build a platform that combines journalism, travel, and digital media eventually expanding into larger creative projects such as books and documentary-style series.

This was inspired by years of meeting people from all over the world and having deep conversations about football. Time and time again, I’ve found myself able to instantly connect with anyone from anywhere thanks to the global, almost ethereal, shared bond of love that exists around this amazing sport.

I grew up a diehard American sports fan, and with the World Cup coming to North America for the first time in almost 30 years, I wanted to take advantage of a nearly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Over the next month and a half, I hope to meet even more people and use my background in sports journalism to tell their stories.
